Pursuant to the Railway Labor Act, NMB programs provide an integrated dispute resolution process to effectively meet the statutory objective of minimizing work stoppages in the airline and railroad industries.”

Most of the information on this site is for sale, but there is an interesting, but dated (1995), survey about the extent of the drug problem in organizations.
