This is a document provided by the Human Resource Department at Indiana State University, for use by university managers to analyze jobs and determine pay. It contains a description of how the PAQ is used as part of the university Salary Program. This should be familiar to you, reminding you of the 3 purposes of a job analysis: job description, job specification and job evaluation. In an attempt to reduce these claims and promote “wellness” in the workplace, a whole new business developed.
